A certified psychologist, holistic therapist, and founder of Wellbeing Digital Creations. After years of studying human behavior and helping high-performing clients heal from burnout, I realized something big: stress isn’t just mental — it’s physical, emotional, and deeply personal.

I created Break Free from Stress after living two wildly different lifestyles — a peaceful, slow-paced up bringing in one of the happiest countries in the world, Costa Rica, and a fast, hyper-driven new life in Dubai. That contrast helped me see how many successful people are silently suffering under the weight of pressure, productivity, and perfectionism.
